GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS A. THERMAL REHABILITATION WORKS, AND BUILDING ENVELOPE ELEMENTS The main intervention/activities related to the core activity are presented below: 1) Thermal rehabilitation works for the building envelope elements: 2) Thermal rehabilitation works for the heating system and for the system supplying domestic hot water; 3) Installing alternative systems for generating electrical and/or thermal energy for own consumption 4) Installation works for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems to ensure indoor air quality 5) Rehabilitation/modernization works for the electrical installation 6) Integrated management works for buildings that lead to the achievement of the project objectives 7) Related measures for complying with the fundamental requirements regarding construction quality (Fire safety, hygiene, health and environmental protection, safety and accessibility in use, protection against noise, sustainable use of natural resources) – Rehabilitation and modernization works for educational spaces.
