TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building (year of construction 1965, height regime with 3 levels, total above-ground height 13.92 m, built-up area 778 sq m, total total floor area 2,334 sq m) is, according to Technical Expertise No. 121/2025 (eng. Munteanu Dan, technically certified expert in MDLPA), in the importance category “C” (normal) and the importance class “II”. The load-bearing structure falls within seismic risk class III; the proposed works are intended to provide equipment, modernisation and rehabilitation of the building and DO NOT influence the strength and stability of the existing building and do not modify its seismic insurance level. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the Executive Technical Design prepared by S.C. ARHISILV S.R.L. (project no. 45/2025, October 2025), with Technical Expertise No. 121/2025, with Building Permit No. 3 dated 16.01.2026 (registration no. 1619 dated 12.01.2026) and with the attached specialist documentation.
