TENDER DESCRIPTION

The acquisition of works has two main components: 1. Execution of related works and equipment/fittings (related measures) This activity includes the following types of works: A. Consolidation and compliance works. In order to ensure structural stability and increase the level of seismic safety – by classifying body C1 in RS IV and body C8 in RS III, intervention works will be carried out on the infrastructure and superstructure: B. Interventions for fire safety and compliance with regulations • Compliance of vertical and horizontal escape routes: protection of openings and appropriate separation of the circulation areas. • Full installation of fire protection equipment: detection, signalling and alarm, indoor and outdoor hydrants, safety lighting, lightning protection. • Compensatory measures for non-compliance of distances to neighbouring properties. C. Restoration and conservation works for architectural-historical elements • All elements that preserve the original substance of the building will be conserved and subjected to conservation-restoration interventions. • All decorative elements of the façade will be restored. • Restoring the shape of the pediment as it appears in…
