TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of works for the extension, modernization and equipping of the INTEGRATED OUTPATIENT CLINIC OF THE CLINICAL HOSPITAL OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES CLUJ-NAPOCA, as well as the acceptance of works provided in the financing contract. The specific objective of the project is the improvement of services targeting prevention and screening programs through the extension, modernization and equipping of the Outpatient Clinic of the Clinical Hospital of Infectious Diseases Cluj. The project implementation targets the creation of the integrated screening and prevention center, a work that involves the partial vertical extension of body A for the arrangement of medical spaces necessary for screening and prevention activities. The building is located in the central area of Cluj-Napoca Municipality, within the protection perimeter of historical and architectural urban monuments. The land and existing building are owned by the Cluj County Council and administered by the Infectious Diseases Hospital Cluj-Napoca.
