TENDER DESCRIPTION
Execution of the works for the extension, modernisation and outfitting of the INTEGRATED AMBULATORY CARE UNIT OF THE CLUJ-NAPOCA CLINICAL HOSPITAL FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES, as well as the acceptance of the works provided for in the funding agreement. The specific objective of the project is to improve the services targeting prevention and screening programmes by extending, modernising and outfitting the Ambulatory Care Unit of the Clinical Hospital for Infectious Diseases Cluj. The implementation of the project involves the creation of the integrated screening and prevention centre, the work for which requires the partial vertical extension of Building A in order to arrange the medical spaces needed for screening and prevention activities. The building is located in the central area of the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca, within the protection perimeter of historical and urban-planning architectural monuments. The land and the existing building are owned by the Cluj County Council and are administered by the Cluj-Napoca Hospital for Infectious Diseases.
