TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of works for the extension, modernization and equipping of the INTEGRATED OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT OF THE CLUJ-NAPOCA CLINICAL HOSPITAL FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES, as well as the acceptance of the works provided for in the financing contract. The specific objective of the project is to improve the services that target prevention and screening programmes by extending, modernizing and equipping the Outpatient Department of the Clinical Hospital for Infectious Diseases Cluj. The implementation of the project aims at carrying out the integrated screening and prevention center involving the partial, vertical extension of Building A in order to arrange the medical spaces required for screening and prevention activities. The building is located in the central area of the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca, within the protection perimeter of historical and urban planning architectural monuments. The land and the existing building are owned by the County Council of Cluj and are provided for administration to the Clinical Hospital for Infectious Diseases Cluj-Napoca.
