TENDER DESCRIPTION

The execution works that are the subject of the contract: "EXECUTION OF WORKS for the investment "CONSTRUCTION, EQUIPPING AND DIGITALISATION OF TEORETIC HIGH SCHOOL COMMANDER ALEXANDRU CATUNEANU FROM LUNCA CETĂȚUIII VILLAGE, CIUREA COMMUNE, IAȘI COUNTY" "– in accordance with the attached PTH. In addition, the above works must be carried out with mandatory compliance with all DNSH requirements ("Do no significant harm"), as provided for in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment. The works are described in the technical documentation attached at the PT level. Economic operators may request clarifications/additional information regarding the award documentation up to the deadline of 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, so that the response of the contracting authority is transmitted 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
