TENDER DESCRIPTION

The execution works forming the subject of the contract: "EXECUTION OF WORKS for the investment "CONSTRUCTION, EQUIPPING AND DIGITALISATION OF THEORETICAL HIGH SCHOOL COMMANDER ALEXANDRU CATUNEANU FROM LUNCA CETĂȚUIII VILLAGE, CIUREA COMMUNE, IAȘI COUNTY "" – in accordance with the attached PTH. Also, the above works must be carried out with mandatory compliance with all DNSH requirements ("Do no significant harm"), as provided for in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment. The works are described in the technical documentation attached at the level of PT.
