The works aim to increase the energy efficiency of Block 16 located on Bărbăteni Street in Lupeni Municipality. The works contribute directly to achieving the specific objective of Regional Intervention 3.1.A – Increasing the energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings, through the following essential aspects: (1) Reduction of primary energy consumption: The project includes energy rehabilitation works that will lead to a reduction of primary energy consumption by 66.25% compared to the current level and a decrease in CO₂ emissions, aligning with the objectives of the European Green Deal and the transition to climate neutrality.
