TENDER DESCRIPTION

The proposed investment aims to reduce energy consumption, increase energy efficiency, leading to a substantial improvement in the energy performance of the building in question, namely the increase in the energy efficiency of the technical systems, as follows: - reduction of the specific annual final energy consumption for heating; - reduction of primary energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Block F1, located on Viitorului Street in the Municipality of Lupeni, has a height regime of Sp+P+4E, Built-up area = 1106 sq m, Total floor area = 5,530.00 sq m. The building was constructed in 1977. The building is in use and is connected to the utilities for electrical energy, natural gas, water supply and sewerage. The project provides the following categories of works:  Thermal insulation of the opaque part of the facades by installing rigid basalt mineral wool, with a thickness of 15 cm, thermo-waterproofing of the ceiling slab over the last level.
