TENDER DESCRIPTION

Works for the modernization of 14 streets within the built-up area of the locality of Tunari, with a total length of 7578.00 m. Legally, the street route represents the publicly owned domain of local interest and is part of the street network of the Tunari commune. The works covered by the project fall into category "C" - works of normal importance, determined according to HG 766/21.11.1997, HG 675/03.07.2002 and the "Methodology for establishing the conditions for compliance with European Union norms and standards, in accordance with H.G. 766/1997 and Law 10/1995." The Contracting Authority specifies that there is no obligation to organize and execute the works simultaneously on all streets/sectors of roads included in the contract scope. The sequence and stages of work execution will be established by the contractor through the General Investment Implementation Schedule (Gantt Chart) presented in the technical proposal, respecting the total execution term provided in the Tender Specifications.
