TENDER DESCRIPTION

The investment proposed to be carried out is aimed at reducing energy consumption, increasing energy efficiency, leading to a substantial improvement in the energy performance of the building in question, namely increasing the energy efficiency of technical systems, as follows: - reduction of the specific annual final energy consumption for heating; - reduction of primary energy consumption and CO₂ emissions. Block A6 located on Parîngului Street, Municipality of Lupeni, has a height regime of S+P+10 Et; Built-up area = 693.3 sqm; Total floor area = 7,904.52 sqm. The building was constructed in 1975. The building is in use and is connected to utilities for electricity, natural gas, water supply and sewerage.
