Block F3, located on Bucura Street in Lupeni Municipality, has a height regime of Dt+P+4, Built area = 589 sqm, Total developed area = 3,293.00 sqm. The building was constructed in 1990. The building is in use and connected to utilities including electrical energy, natural gas, water supply, and sewerage. The project includes the following categories of works: - Construction of an external thermal insulation system applied on the opaque facades, consisting of: ■ Rigid basalt mineral wool boards, 15 cm thick; ■ Adhesive and mechanical fixing dowels according to technical requirements; ■ Reinforcement layer with fiberglass mesh; ■ Decorative plaster based on mineral or silicon, with protection and finishing function; - In areas where natural gas pipes are located, to avoid their relocation, the thermal insulation will be cut out along the entire length of the installation, ensuring a minimum distance of 3 cm left and right from the pipe.
