TENDER DESCRIPTION

General objective: the project aims to increase sustainable urban mobility and the efficiency of public transportation in Piatra Neamț Municipality by modernizing road and pedestrian infrastructure, implementing an integrated intelligent traffic management system, and arranging green and bike infrastructure along the mobility corridor Bd. General Nicolae Dăscălescu – Str. Dimitrie Leonida. The project contributes to achieving the specific objective RSO 2.8 – "Promoting sustainable multimodal urban mobility as part of the transition to a low carbon economy," by creating a modern and efficient infrastructure that facilitates the circulation of public transport and vehicle traffic in comfort and safety conditions, while also ensuring the landscape integration of the mobility corridor through green arrangements.
