TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the rehabilitation and modernization of the educational infrastructure of the National College of Informatics through consolidation works, restoration of finishes, installations and roofs, as well as through the extension of the main building (C1) to provide the necessary spaces for the modern teaching process, increasing energy efficiency and sustainability of school buildings by thermal insulation of the envelope, installation of photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and LED lighting fixtures. According to art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement (as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance no.107/2017), correlated with the provisions of art. 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to clarification requests (if these were received on time), 20 days before the deadline for submitting tenders in the Participation Notice.
