TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement consists in continuing and completing the execution of the works for "Modernization and pedestrianization of the central area of Făgăraș" (SMIS code 335546), representing remaining works, as well as additional works (newly proposed), established based on the post-execution Technical Expertise no. 05.10/May 2026 (RADU LUCA VISION S.R.L.) and the Technical Project no. 04-C/2022 (ROAD CONSTRUCT S.R.L.). The physical progress at the time of termination of the Contractual Agreement no. 39431/13.06.2023 is 95%, broken down as follows: street and sidewalk works, including bike sharing platforms (items 1-9) – 93-100%; landscaping works – 93%; irrigation system – 73%; underground road underpass – 70%; public lighting – 100% (no remaining works).
