TENDER DESCRIPTION

 Extension of Building 2 with a new building block constructed on a closed façade at Croitorilor Street, with a height regime of 3S+P+2E, for relocating, developing and equipping the operating block, A.T.I., the endoscopy unit, C.P.U.-s, the outpatient clinic, together with a reception and waiting lobby, registry office, utility area (supply, waste, etc.), underground garage and their annexes  Proposed modifications to the existing buildings affected by the extension (Building 2, Building 1) and creation of internal circulation links via walkways (Building 1 and Building 3) in order to facilitate the necessary flows between units and buildings. Pursuant to Article 160(2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement (as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), in conjunction with the provisions of Article 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority shall respond to requests for clarifications (if these have been received in due time), with 20 days before the date set for submission of tenders in the Participation Notice.
