TENDER DESCRIPTION

 Extending building body 2 with a new body created as a closed front on Croitorilor Street, with a height regime of 3S+P+2E, for relocating, developing and equipping the operating block, A.T.I., the endoscopy department, C.P.U.-s, outpatient clinic, together with a reception and waiting lobby, registry office, the housekeeping area (supplies, waste, etc.), an underground garage and their annexes  Proposed modifications to the existing building bodies affected by the extension (body 2, body 1) and creation of interior circulation connections via footbridges (body 1 and body 3) in order to facilitate the flows required between departments and building bodies. Pursuant to Article 160(2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement (as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), in conjunction with the provisions of Article 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to clarification requests (if they have been received within the time limit) 20 days before the date set for submission of tenders in the Participation Notice.
