TENDER DESCRIPTION

The works will be carried out in an existing building, and they do not alter the architectural configuration, nor are they intended to change the characteristic uses, and they are not carried out in a listed or protected building. PROCORNELLÀ shall assume the fee and deposit for the demolition licence. THE CONTRACTING PARTY shall assume the remaining fees, authorisations, taxes, administrative and technical documentation in order to carry out the subject matter of the contract. Including all concepts provided for in the Project; among these concepts is the DAR, to which Article 11 of Decree 89/2010 of the Government of Catalonia refers. PROCORNELLÀ shall only pay for the works actually carried out, based on duly approved work certificates. The awardee shall assume the waste management management costs, the drafting of the safety and health plan, and the application of the safety and health measures, following the instructions of the safety and health coordinator.
