TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are paid for using lump-sum prices. The provisions of these particular administrative clauses (CCAP) concern an operating contract of the PF and/or CPE type, depending on the buildings, and maintenance of the heating, ventilation/air-conditioning and domestic hot water production installations (where they exist) for various buildings belonging to the City of Vauréal. These installations are described in the inventories in Appendix No. 4.
