TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Lyon Metropolis has authority for managing river stops (haltes fluviales). As such, the Arbres et Fleuves service provides maintenance and upkeep of: - around twenty small river stops on the Rhône and the Saône, - a larger river stop (with access to potable water and electricity) that the city of Givors has transferred to the Lyon Metropolis - and finally, the water area of the Confluence basin (darse), its river stop and the associated boatman’s lodge, which are the subject of this contract. A genuine gateway for tourists to the agglomeration, the boatman’s lodge offers a comprehensive range of services: water, electricity, showers, laundry facilities, WiFi, and also tourist information. In 2025, it welcomed nearly 400 boats of 22 different nationalities, with an average stay of one to two nights. This contract concerns the management of the Confluence river stop, its boatman’s lodge, the basin (darse), and all the associated nautical facilities.
