TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor must provide the operating services for a municipal waste transfer station (residual household waste, lightweight packaging and glass) for the Collectivité from January 2027 to December 2029, renewable twice for one year each time, i.e. potentially until December 2031. The main services requested under this contract are: - Receiving, weighing, storing, managing the inventory and reloading the waste received at this site for the following 3 streams: • Residual household waste (OMR): 16,000 to 16,500 t./year • Lightweight packaging (EMB): 5,800 to 6,000 t./year • Glass packaging: 7,000 t./year - Management, upkeep and maintenance of the equipment made available by the Collectivité that is necessary for the requested services: weighbridge, weighing software, radioactivity detection, detection and fire-fighting defence equipment, … - Routine maintenance of buildings, roads/ways, networks, green spaces, gates and fencing, - Supply of reloading vehicles and the associated equipment for these vehicles, as well as their upkeep and maintenance, - Characterisation of OMR, “Tout-venant” from waste facilities (incinerable or non-incinerable) and packaging.
