TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor must carry out the operation services of a household waste transfer station (residual municipal waste, lightweight packaging and glass) for the Collectivity from January 2027 to December 2029, renewable twice for one year, i.e. potentially until December 2031. The main services requested under this contract are: - Receiving, weighing, storage, stock management and reloading of the waste received at this site for the following 3 waste streams: • Residual municipal waste (RMW): 16,000 to 16,500 t./year • Lightweight packaging (LP): 5,800 to 6,000 t./year • Packaging made of glass: 7,000 t./year - Management, maintenance and upkeep of the equipment made available by the Collectivity that is necessary for the requested services: weighbridge, weighing software, radiation detection, detection and fire defence equipment, … - Routine maintenance of buildings, roads, networks, green spaces, gates and the fence, - Supply of reloading vehicles and the equipment associated with these vehicles, as well as their maintenance and servicing, - Characterisation of RMW, residual waste from civic amenity sites (incinerable or non-incinerable) and packaging.
