TENDER DESCRIPTION
Operation of three transfer centers located in Quimperlé, Fouesnant and Confort-Meilars (FR29), of different types and sizes with various operational constraints. Activity volumes vary across the three sites depending on the season with a peak in waste deliveries observed during the summer months. The operation consists of managing a series of waste transfer activities at the sites: control, maintenance, operation, servicing and cleaning operations as well as scheduling rotations of alternative moving floor type semi-trailers (FMA) based on waste deliveries through the deployment of the necessary material and human resources to receive daily and manage all waste regardless of tonnage fluctuations.
