TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is a contract for supplies and services, the purpose of which is the operation, loading and transport of waste from the City of Nîmes waste transfer stations (Ancienne-Motte, Les Lauzières and Saint-Césaire), reception and control of users, rental and transport of skip containers, use of compaction, handling and loading equipment for specific waste, maintenance, upkeep of facilities and equipment, regulatory checks and periodic verification of facilities, achievement of performance objectives in terms of reuse, sorting and recovery of waste, organisation of seasonal waste collection events. This contract is concluded for an initial period, the duration of which begins on 01/01/2027 or, if later, on the date of notification, and ends after 48 months. All services covered by the contract are subject to a framework agreement resulting in the issuance of single-award purchase orders, concluded in application of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
