TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is of a mixed form, with a lump-sum portion (P2 and P3) and a call-off order portion (P5). The contract includes both service-type services and works-type services. The portion relating to service-type services is predominant. This is a PFI-type contract (Services and Lump Sum - Incentives). It includes the following services: - P2: Operating, maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance services for the heating production and distribution installations, domestic hot water installations, air-conditioning, ventilation and associated installations; - P3: GER-type major maintenance and renewal services for thermal installations, with full guarantee and transparent management.
