TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract concerns the operation (maintenance and monitoring) of the Residual Household Waste (OMR) transfer quay of SYTRAIVAL, referred to herein as the Contracting Authority, located in the municipality of Fleurieux-sur-L’Arbresle (69), and the daily transfer of OMR primarily to the energy recovery unit of Villefranche-sur-Saône. It covers the household waste of the Communauté de Communes du Pays de l’Arbresle and part of the household waste of the Communauté d’agglomération de l’Ouest Rhodanien (Tarare region).
