TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the operation, maintenance and servicing of the drinking water facilities of the Sundgau Community of Municipalities located within the perimeter of the municipalities of Aspach, Froeningen, Heidwiller, Hochstatt and Illfurth. This contract constitutes a public procurement contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Code. It does not constitute a service concession nor a public service delegation, since the contractor is remunerated by the contracting authority under the conditions set out in this Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP) and does not bear an operating risk related to the collection of fees from users.
