TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the drinking water facilities of the Sundgau Community of Municipalities located within the boundaries of the municipalities of Aspach, Froeningen, Heidwiller, Hochstatt, and Illfurth. This contract constitutes a public contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Code. It does not constitute either a service concession or a public service delegation, as the service provider is paid by the contracting authority under the conditions set out in the present CCAP and does not bear an operational risk linked to the collection of revenue from users.
