Exploitation et gestion du service départemental de téléassistance "Val'Ecoute"

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The teleassistance service "Val'Ecoute" is intended to promote home living for elderly, disabled, or ill persons residing in Val-de-Marne. It is part of a partnership arrangement, formalized by a convention involving the Cities or Communal Social Action Centers (CCAS) and the Department, aimed at facilitating access to this service for as many dependent elderly people or disabled persons as possible. Some Cities indeed provide their elderly or disabled citizens with partial or full coverage of the subscription and/or installation fees. Within the framework of this contract, the Department may order from the contractor actions for the prevention of health risks (for example within the framework of a heatwave plan). Furthermore, the Department contributes to the solvency of a large number of subscribers benefiting from social benefits, primarily the personalized autonomy allowance (APA), the third-party compensatory allowance (ACTP), or the disability compensation allowance (PCH).
