TENDER DESCRIPTION

The "Val'Ecoute" teleassistance service is designed to support the home life of elderly, disabled, or sick people living in Val-de-Marne. It is part of a partnership scheme, formalized by an agreement involving the Cities or Municipal Social Action Centers (CCAS) and the Department, aimed at facilitating access to this service for as many dependent elderly people or people with disabilities as possible. Some Cities indeed provide their elderly or disabled citizens with partial or full coverage of the subscription and/or installation. Within the framework of this contract, the Department may order the contractor to carry out actions for the prevention of health risks (for example, as part of a heatwave plan). Furthermore, the Department contributes to making the service affordable for a large number of subscribers receiving social benefits, primarily the personalized autonomy allowance (APA), the compensatory allowance for a third party (ACTP), or the disability compensation benefit (PCH).
