TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement is concluded as of 01/10/2027 with a maximum amount of EUR 3,000,000 excluding tax (HT) for the entire duration of the contract, i.e. a fixed period of 4 years. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices and lump-sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the similar services envisaged. Grand Besançon Métropole will be responsible, as of 1 October 2027, for the proper operation of the drinking water network, reservoirs and related equipment within the perimeter of the GBM Haute Loue distribution unit. The municipalities concerned are listed in the various documents. This DSP (delegation of public service) runs until 30 September 2027. This contract is intended to ensure the operation and maintenance of the drinking water network and of its equipment described in this contract in accordance with the regulations and these specifications. Management of responses to DT/DICT/ATU is excluded from this contract.
