TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement is concluded starting on 01/10/2027 with a maximum amount of EUR 3,000,000 excluding tax (HT) for the entire duration of the contract, i.e. a firm duration of 4 years. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders (bon de commande). The services are paid for using unit prices and lump-sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the similar services envisaged. From 1 October 2027, Grand Besançon Métropole will be responsible for the proper operation of the drinking water network, the reservoirs and the related equipment within the scope of the GBM Haute Loue distribution unit. The municipalities concerned are listed in the different documents. This DSP runs until 30 September 2027. This contract aims to ensure the operation and maintenance of the drinking water network and its equipment described in this contract in accordance with the regulations and this specifications document.
