TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services include site operation activities (operation of transfer centers, composting platforms, and monitoring of non-hazardous waste landfill sites (ISDND) in post-closure): - For all sites: Maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of all provided sites; Maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of all provided materials and equipment; Compliance with obligations related to prefectural orders; Risk and nuisance prevention; Site surveillance. - For transfer centers and composting platforms: Reception of waste contributors and waste acceptance; Quality control of the inputs; Stock management and request for waste removal; Loading and removal of waste; - For ISDND in post-closure: Biogas treatment as part of the management of ISDND in post-closure; - As well as administrative management activities of the sites.
