TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation defines the services for multi-technical operations and maintenance of the Municipal Police Training Centre (CFPM) in Montpellier, a new-build facility whose completion is expected in 2027. It sets out the results expected by the CNFPT, the scope of the installations entrusted to the CONTRACTOR (TITULAIRE), the conditions for carrying out the services, the minimum resources to be deployed, the documents to be produced, and the checks carried out by the CNFPT. The contract is a contract subject to an obligation of results. The CONTRACTOR (TITULAIRE) undertakes to maintain the installations in operational condition, in terms of safety, compliance and performance, under the conditions of environmental conditions, availability and deadlines set out in this CCTP and its annexes.
