TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operation, maintenance of fixed and mobile pneumatic collection devices for household waste and transport of this waste - Service contract treated at mixed price including a lump sum portion for operation, maintenance and transport services for fixed and mobile pneumatic collections as well as for the maintenance and cleaning of trucks. It also involves purchase orders based on unit prices for all additional services. This purchase order portion is concluded without an annual minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 300,000.00 euros excluding VAT. This contract includes an optional tranche related to the supply, installation, and removal of a solar compactor box for collecting cardboard. The contract takes effect from January 1, 2027, for a duration of one year renewable three times by tacit renewal, i.e. a maximum duration of 4 years.
