TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operation, maintenance of fixed and mobile pneumatic household waste collection devices and transport of this waste - Service contract handled at mixed price including a lump sum portion for operation, maintenance and transport services for fixed and mobile pneumatic collections as well as for the maintenance and cleaning of trucks. It is also call-off based on unit prices for all additional services. This call-off portion is concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 300,000.00 euros excluding VAT. This contract includes an optional tranche related to the supply, installation, and removal of a solar compactor unit for cardboard collection. The contract takes effect from January 1, 2027, for a duration of one year renewable 3 times by tacit renewal, i.e., a maximum duration of 4 years.
