The framework agreement is “composite”. It includes an “ordinary contract” part and an “framework agreement with purchase orders” part. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring energy supply, heat production from the central boiler house (energy mix: Biomass and Domestic Fuel Oil) and its distribution up to the delivery points (substations). The purpose of the contract is to guarantee network subscribers a competitive, continuous supply of thermal energy that meets their heating and domestic hot water (DHW) needs, while optimizing the overall energy performance of the installations.
