The framework agreement is “composite”. It includes a “standard contract” part and a “framework agreement with purchase orders” part. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring energy supply, producing heat from the central boiler house (energy mix: Biomass and Domestic Fuel Oil), and distributing it to the delivery points (substations). The purpose of the contract is to guarantee district network subscribers competitive, continuous supplies of thermal energy that meet their requirements for space heating and domestic hot water (DHW), while also optimizing the overall energy performance of the installations. The services include technical maintenance of the equipment, the purchase of fuels, the replacement of equipment, and the carrying out of improvement works intended to ensure the long-term sustainability of the municipal assets.
