TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor ensures that within normal business hours (e.g. Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) short-term availability is guaranteed for questions and coordination. For tasks without an explicit deadline, a processing time of a maximum of 10 working days applies unless otherwise agreed. The Contractor shall support the Contracting Authority (CA) in operational waste management in a qualified manner. The aim is to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to support the CA’s internal waste management. After the services described below are called off, engineering and support services shall be provided under defined work assignments in the areas explained. The estimated total volume of work effort to be expected is stated. The work assignments can be grouped into the following categories: - preparation and onboarding - time-bound individual tasks that, for capacity reasons, cannot be carried out by the CA’s internal waste management staff. To ensure that the services are provided in a timely and quality-compliant manner, the simultaneous deployment of employees with different qualifications is required.
