TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contractor (AN) ensures that, within normal business hours (e.g. Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00), short-notice availability for questions and coordination is guaranteed. For tasks without an explicit deadline, a processing time of at most 10 working days applies unless otherwise agreed. The contractor (AN) shall provide qualified support to the client (AG) in operational waste management. The aim is to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and to support the client’s internal waste management. After calling up the services described below, engineering and support services must be provided in defined work orders in the areas explained. The estimated total scope of work effort to be expected is stated. The work orders can be grouped into the following categories: - preparation and onboarding - time-bound individual tasks which, due to capacity reasons, cannot be carried out by the internal waste management personnel of the client (AG). To ensure timely and quality-compliant provision of services, the simultaneous involvement of employees with different qualifications is required. The work order is issued in a meeting with a schedule and budget framework and documented by minutes.…
