TENDER DESCRIPTION

An external contract variation (change order) processing officer is sought (with deputy coverage) to support variation (change order) management for construction contracts for the Cologne branch office. The variation (change order) processing services mainly include: 1. Processing of variations (change orders) — technically and in terms of construction operations — for construction contracts in accordance with the provisions of the Handbuch for the award and execution of construction services in road and bridge construction (HVA B-StB), both before and after acceptance. 2. Preparation, conduct and recording/minutes of variation (change order) negotiations as well as conclusion/closing of variations (change orders), including preparation of the variation (change order) agreements together with the variation (change order) bill of quantities/services and documentation of the variation (change order) processing in variation (change order) memos/notes Part A (Formblatt 3121) and Part B (Formblatt 3123). 3.
