TENDER DESCRIPTION

External support is sought for a supplementary claims processing officer/in (with deputy) to support supplementary claims management for construction contracts for the Cologne branch office. The supplementary claims processing services essentially include: 1. Processing of supplementary claims – technically and operationally for construction – for construction contracts in accordance with the requirements of the manual for the award and execution of construction services in road and bridge construction (HVA B-StB), both before and after acceptance. 2. Preparation, conducting and documenting supplementary claim negotiations as well as concluding supplementary claims including preparation of the supplementary claim agreements together with the supplementary claim services schedule and documentation of the supplementary claims processing in supplementary claim notices Part A (Formblatt 3121) and Part B (Formblatt 3123). 3. Preparation of supplementary claim services schedules as a GAEB file (DA 86). 4. Review of claims for remuneration arising from construction schedule disruptions. 5.
