The total duration of the contract is 10 days.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the acquisition of extension packages for specific cybersecurity protection solutions and data flow visibility for the experimental and operational data flows associated with the ELI-NP Gamma system.

The high-level summary of the Statement of Work and core deliverables includes:

• Extending the capacity of existing cybersecurity protection, visibility, and orchestration solutions within ELI-NP to cover the experimental and operational networks linked to the ELI-NP Gamma system.
• Expanding the capability to inspect network traffic and identify and technically compensate for vulnerabilities in new equipment and systems connected to the Gamma system's networks, including access to updated threat/vulnerability information.
• Increasing the capacity for aggregating, prefiltering, and efficiently redirecting relevant data flows from Gamma system components to current security and monitoring tools.
• Enhancing the existing solution for orchestration, automation, and response to security incidents by enabling it to collect, correlate, and automatically act on alerts from the Gamma system's associated operational and experimental networks.
• Ensuring the requested extensions integrate operationally and administratively with existing cybersecurity technical equipment at ELI-NP.
• Allowing for future expansion of inspection, visibility, and orchestration capacity to accommodate growing traffic volume and equipment diversity as the Gamma system is implemented and operated.
• Meeting minimum requirements for products, including delivery, packaging, labeling, transport, and transport insurance.
• Adhering to product warranty conditions and warranty conditions for accessory operations.
• Performing accessory operations such as installation, commissioning, functional integration, staff training, and providing access to technical support/assistance for defect and software malfunction remediation.
