TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes optional tranches defined in the specifications. The services are paid for using unit and lump-sum prices. This contract concerns the construction of an extension providing 75 parking spaces in the West car park of the Centre Hospitalier of Tarbes–Lourdes, on the Tarbes La-Gespe site. This new car park will not be made impermeable and will consist of a compacted 0/31.5 mm graded aggregate placed in a wearing course. The subgrade and formation level will be drained by constructing drainage trenches. The contract also includes the installation of lamp posts as well as their connection to the existing electricity network. The contract also includes the connection to the video surveillance system and the installation of new cameras. The installation of landscaping features and shrubs is also envisaged.
