TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract includes optional lots defined in the specifications. The services are paid by unit prices and lump sums. This contract concerns the construction of an extension of 75 spaces to the West parking lot of the Tarbes-Lourdes hospital center, on the Tarbes La-Gespe site. This new parking lot will be unsealed and composed of 0/31.5mm crushed aggregate compacted as the wearing course. The platform and base layer will be drained through the construction of drainage trenches. The contract also includes the installation of streetlights and their connection to the existing electrical network. It also covers connection to the video surveillance system and the installation of new cameras. The installation of landscaping and shrubs is also planned.
