TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Lycée-Collège of Saint-Maurice educates around 1'100 students, supported by about one hundred teachers. With a long-standing educational tradition, this iconic site plays a key role in upper-secondary schooling in the canton of Valais, and enjoys an established reputation. The school is divided across two separate sites: * the Lycée-Collège site located immediately adjacent to Saint-Maurice railway station and the old town; * the Sports Zone site, next to the municipality’s sports facilities. These two sites are a little over 300 metres apart, i.e. about five minutes’ walk. The extension and transformation project for the Lycée-Collège provides for the construction, in the north-west of the site, of a new wooden pavilion including a basement and four levels. It also includes the renovation of the boarding school (Internat), which is the property of the Abbey of Saint-Maurice, as well as the transformation of the existing building shaped like an H.
