TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority has, with the support of an external consulting team, started the introduction of Microsoft (MS) M365 and MS Azure for full use at a social insurance institution. To continue the configuration and provide support for our specialist departments, an experienced and high-performing external consulting team is required. The calculated total volume for 4 years amounts to €2,000,000 (net) and is intended for the complete system configuration and support for our specialist departments. This constitutes the maximum amount that may be under-run and, within the limits of what is legally permissible, exceeded without legal consequences. For the services of this invitation to tender, a framework agreement is to be concluded for a term of two years, with the option of extending it twice by a further one year each time. The quantities stated are for information purposes only and serve as a basis for bidders to prepare their offer.
