TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the support of an external consulting team, the contracting authority has started implementing Microsoft (MS) M365 and MS Azure for full use at a social insurance institution. To continue the configuration and provide support for our specialist departments, an experienced and high-performance external consulting team is required. The calculated total volume for 4 years amounts to €2,000,000 (net) and is intended for the complete system configuration as well as support for our specialist departments. This represents the maximum amount that may be under-run and exceeded within and without legal consequences within the scope of what is legally permissible. For the services of this tender, a framework agreement is to be concluded for two years, with the option of extension twice for a further one year each time. The quantities stated are for guidance only and serve as a basis for the tenderers to prepare an offer.
