TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of these engineering services is construction management and construction supervision for the replacement new build of the Ruhr Bridge, the execution period of which is expected to be approximately 60 months. The contractor provides these services for all planned specialist and partial lots in accordance with the underlying construction contracts and ensures that they are performed in accordance with the contract. The local construction supervision for traffic facilities and engineering structures includes continuous monitoring of the execution of the structure. In doing so, it must be ensured that the execution complies with the approved detailed execution documents, the construction contract including all dates and deadlines, the generally recognized rules of technology and the relevant regulations, taking into account environmental requirements and conditions. The services are provided strictly in accordance with Part 2 “Guidelines for the processing of contracts” of the HVA B-StB (as of 03/23) as well as in accordance with the relevant regulations, circulars and guidelines issued by the Federal Ministry (such as, for example, M-BÜ-ING).
